I have been using Lancome for 40 years. Recently purchased dual finish. The lid on tge compsct broke in a few weeks. I could not bring it back as it was used. Paid $52.00 in Macys for this product.

Hi, I placed this online order. I received the package today. One of the bonus items that i order was missing. I only ordered 1 item and i had 4 more bonus items on my order because of that order. One of the bonus items was LA VIE EST BELLE EAU DE PARFUM 1OZ . However, instead I only got LA VIE EST BELLE EAU DE PARFUM 0.04 OZ. And when i talk to Lancome representatives, they told me that it was caused by a mistake on the website. But it is not my problem. The representative that i talk to offered me %10 coupon for this inconvenience which can not be used with other promotions. Lancome is one of the largest cosmetic companies I am very dissatisfied because of this situation and i don't think that i will order from Lancome again. I do not care about your problem on your website you should have fixed it before i place the order. However, If i see that i will get LA VIE EST BELLE EAU DE PARFUM 1OZ I am expecting to get it. I was expecting Lancome to send me LA VIE EST BELLE EAU DE PARFUM 1OZ after their fault instead of just saying it was caused by an error on the website. My trust to Lancome is completely broken.

Awful customer service from Lancome USA today online.

I have been a retail customer of Lancome for more than 35 years. I have been an online chopper with Lancome USA for a decade. Today I received after placing an order the worst the most deplorable customer service. I attempted to speak with the supervisor to modify my order, the person that I spoke to were both rude Had me on hold for an extended period of time could not even correctly address me by my name and spoke in an elementary tone about my email address and personal address. It was just plain awful.

Fake Black Friday Deal 2023

I recently engaged with Lancôme during the Black Friday promotion, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. I feel it is essential to share my feedback to contribute to the improvement of the customer experience. Upon discovering a compelling Black Friday deal on your website, I eagerly placed an order, excited to take advantage of the advertised offer. Regrettably, my satisfaction was compromised when I received my shipment. To my dismay, I learned that the Black Friday deal had run out only after my order had been dispatched. Not only was this disheartening, but the frustration deepened upon discovering that a crucial piece of my order was missing. Contacting customer service, I was informed that the item in question was no longer in stock, and, unfortunately, Lancôme could not honor the originally advertised price. While I appreciate the prompt refund, the overall handling of the situation left much to be desired. This experience has regrettably cast a shadow on my perception of Lancôme's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. As a result, I have reservations about future engagements with the brand.

Allergic reaction that was handled very poorly!!

I have been using Lancome for years. You changed a cream, and I had a severe allergic reaction. I emailed you. Got an email back asking me to call you instead. I called. She said she had to escalate it. I then got the exact same email back asking me to call instead. I called AGAIN. The guy said the exact same thing: he has to escalate it. Apparently, with Lancome, they make you call and call so you finally give up and they don't have to refund you $200 after you've spent $1000's over decades. Thanks. Not using any of these products anymore.

Lancome took half month to refund my returned product! They emailed that it would only take 7 days but I waited half month yet nothing is shown in my credit card. Then I called them and thats when they said they will process it and needs to wait 7-10 days again! My card gets interests and thats on me and not on Lancome! Not buying to this website anymore! You are losing a customer and definitely will be losing more customer. Do your business right Lancome!

Scammers! Im in shock! I used to buy Lancôme from Lord and Taylor for the last 20 years, and now that the store recently closed, I tried buying directly from Lancôme. Wow. What a shock. The product is cheap, the customer service is absolutely horrendous, and on top, they wont refund the money for the shipped back (unused and unopened) items!!! I emailed and called multiple times, and nothing! The reps just keep saying they dont know anything and someone will reach out to me. Well, its been weeks and no money, no product, and definitely no one is reaching out. I made a mistake of buying through PayPal. So make sure you buy with your good credit card to have protection.

1) During Black friday they advertised a number of products on 50% off sale. I ordered a liquid foundation and as i have a membership with shoprunner i had a free shipping as well.My order number is Order Number: LAN_1268****. The price with 50% off was 26$ and it showed me this price when i checked out with paypal. However when I received an email from paypal it said they charged me 8$ for shipping! My shipping is free with shoprunner. I talked to the representative and they assured me that the note was made on my order and when they process it they will refund me the 8$ shipping. To my great disappointment, I received an email the following day that my order was cancelled without any reason! So i went back and wanted to place the order again. My shade of foundation was out of stock already! So i had to pick a different shade. 2) i placed order LAN_1281**** this time they charged me correct amount of 26$ with free shipping. A couple of days later I received an email saying my item is on back order! It was IN STOCK when i placed the order thats why i picked a different shade! Anyway, i am patiently waiting for 2(!) weeks! And Last thursday, December 8th I received an email saying my order was CANCELLED! Just like that! I tried to contact the customer support many many times! I called, i left email, i waited for chats. Nobody ever returned an email or tried to make it right! Why do you make 50%off black friday if you are just gonna cancel orders?!!! This is unacceptable! You gotta make it right. This looks like scam!

To whom it may concern, I made a $138.00 purchase in order to recieve the free gift, however I will not recieve tbe gift because a code needed to be entered. It was explained by customer service that i would have to send the products back and reorder to recieve the free gift. Im terribly disappointed. I work long hours and this is a big inconvenience, and more than likely my last order...[GREY BANNER] does Not say anything about a code to recieve free gift Also tried to speak to a supervisor and i was assured that they are busy with other customers and nothing can be done. I have just under 3000 elite points. They are due to expire next month, so I was going to place an order today during the 30% off sale. Over the weekend I was told I could write a review and get 100 points, which was just enough to get the three mascaras (each 1000 points) I was eyeing. Wrote the review, received an email that it has been published, but check my account balance...it was still below the 3000 mark. Reached out to customer service again. Was told it would take 30 days to apply the points. Well, that's helpful. Whatever. I decided to place the order anyway so I could get at least 2 mascaras before my points expire...and they are out of stock. Went BACK to customer service to request that my points be reinstated so I could get these products when they're back in stock...and the customer service rep asked me to verify my info. I did, then was told what I had provided didn't match. Wait, what?? Didn't match what? Lancome, do better. Your elite program is a joke, and your customer service is sorely lacking.

I received a response from Lancôme stating they were passing my complaint upwards. Then I received a second letter on 12-29-22 stating they would honor the 50% off if I reorder.

This came too late, because I bought the item I wanted from another source and received it in time for Christmas.

Lancôme was too little too late. I actually resolved my own issue buy purchasing elsewhere.

Disappointed with online shopping experience with Lancôme. I could have taken advantage of other major stores Cyber Monday sales if I had known shopping with Lancôme would get me nothing. And no explanation on why!?! I received a text on 12/2/22 that my order was on back order. Then today, 12/3/22 I received a text saying my order was completely cancelled. Why offer a cyber sale of %50 off Lancôme fragrance and not honor it! I will never order from Lancôme again. I smelled the fragrance at their competitors, fell in love, and thought I'd bypass the middle guys and order direct. Big mistake! Which by the way was a suggestion from another customer shopping. I was ecstatic to find Lancôme had a sale, only to find out my order is cancelled with no explanation. If this is how they do business, then I'd rather not patronize this company.
